The Recruiting Department of one of southeastern Michigan’s most
successful placement firms is seeking candidates for a key
position in the organization.
Recruiter
Enthusiastic, persistent, self-motivated individual with
excellent interpersonal skills needed to join our recruiting
team. This person will be responsible for identifying and
delivering, to our business partners, candidates who have the
interpersonal and technical skills that match their corporate
environment, goals and expectations.
Job duties include identifying and maintaining a network of
candidates for present and future submittal to local and national
business partners. The ability to uncover candidate goals,
abilities and motivators and deliver and close these candidates
on client opportunities is key to the success of this position.
The position also includes cold-calling, resume sendouts to
clients, and occasional client site visits.
The position offers an excellent salary, commission, and full

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (IT or Engineering
