Health Care Finder
SAN ANTONIO, TX
Salary: $12 - 12 / Hourly
Job Type: 9+ Month Contract

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Triage all incoming authorizations, coordinates authorizations
with nurses and monitor authorizations. Front loading referrals
for timely processing by nurse staff. Identify and direct
beneficiaries to the most appropriate cost-effective medical
care. Processes request for authorizations according to company
standards. Working in a call center setting.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Must have 3 years experience in customer service. Ability to
handle high volume of calls and customer service contacts in a
polite and professional manner. Strong data entry skills. Must
be computer literate. Must understand word and excel and be able
to type at least 40wpm. 2 years prior healthcare/insurance
experience required. Medical terminology and UR/UM coding
experience highly desired. Military health ar service experience
desired. Must be able to work in a call center setting.
