LLC is searching for dynamic, self-motivated Project Architects
who will be responsible for design development and production of
construction documents as well as code analysis. There is the
opportunity for domestic travel. We currently have openings for
this position in both our Newport Beach and San Ramon
offices.<br> <br> Primary Responsibilities:<br> <br>
- Architectural design and code analysis<br> - Job site
investigation field work as needed<br> - Preparation of reports
and designs including specifications<br> - Coordination with
other disciplines and sub-consultants<br> - Submit and obtain
governing agencies approvals through various permitting
procedures<br> - Prepare construction cost estimating and project

Job Qualifications:<br> <br> - Bachelors Degree in Architecture
from an accredited university/college<br> - California
Architect's License<br> - LEED Accreditation preferred<br>
- Minimum of 7 years architectural experience with a strong
working knowledge of:<br> o General Design<br> o California
Building Codes<br> - Design experience in AEPC's Target Markets
in California<br> - AutoCAD proficiency preferred<br> - Excellent
oral and written communication skills<br> - Exceptional
interpersonal skills<br> - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft
Office programs)<br> <br> <br>
