[DESCRIPTION] Manage Universal Card Services Internet channel
and new channel communications. Drive creative development for
UCS sponsored initiatives, manage copy, monitor and analyze test
results, complete test briefs and formulate recommendations
regarding future UCS tests and strategy. Represent UCS' interests
in regular meetings with Acquisitions. Manage the AT&T Universal
Platinum, AT&T Universal Cash Rewards and AT&T Universal Rewards
multi-channel acquisition strategy. Monitor and analyze test
results, recommend and develop rollout strategy and execute
various marketing programs by interacting with many
cross-functional areas. Regularly interact with Partner regarding
overall branding strategy, Internet initiatives, creative
development and copy issues. Engage in ongoing discussions to
identify and evaluate new win-win opportunities for both Partners
and deepen existing relationship. [REQUIREMENTS] 1.Ability to
think out of the box. 2.Quantitative skills and inference skills.
3.Leadership skills and ability to influence others. 4.Excellent
Excel and PowerPoint skills. 5.Good organization and
multi-tasking skills. 6.Results-oriented and biased towards
action. Ability to get things done. 7. 3-5 years Credit Card
experience and MBA preferred.
