Established and growing energy related entity seeks attorney with
demonstrated practice experience related to Contracts, Transactions, Mergers
& Acquisitions and Due Diligence matters. Preference will be given to
candidates with Oil & Gas and Minerals experience.
Qualified candidates will be graduates in high standing of accredited law
schools, and members in good standing of The State Bar of California.
