Principal of smaller ($3M +/- annual gross revenues), established (10 plus
years), Bakersfield area entity, seeks bright beginner with a
business-related degree, to train/groom for futures. Incumbent will be
trained by existing management to include customer interaction skills,
facility safety procedures, and established business practices. The selected
candidate will receive initial annual base compensation to $40K DOE, plus a
business vehicle.
The future will be, to a large extent, what the selected individual makes
out of it. Not a 9 to 5 position, but considerable rewards can be attained
as result of dedication and effort. This is not a commission position.
The geographic location involved is known for its family friendly
surroundings and the noted absence of many metropolitan ills. The cost of
living is very reasonable, and the cost of housing offers some of the best
value in the State.
