The position entails engineering support of the Reliability Laboratory for all technical aspects including electrical test, assembly, stress testing and monitoring of both evaluations and qualifications. Requires advanced technical knowledge in several of the engineering disciplines related to Semiconductor Package Assembly, Test, and Reliability Engineering. Must be able to compile and evaluate data from experiments involving all processes conducted within a Reliability Lab. The candidate should be familiar with existing JEDEC and AEC Reliability requirements and understand the implications of various assembly materials on reliability test outcomes.
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
3 to 5 years of engineering level experience in the Semiconductor Industry or a related field. Electrical component experience required
