Approves form letters for use in collection attempts.
· Recommends telephone techniques used by Collector.
· Verifies accuracy of accounts.
· Authorizes or refers accounts to Manager for further actions against debtors.
Candidate must posses a B.A. from a four-year college or university; or 3-5 years of management experience in collections environment, bank card preferred.
Must have strong ability in forecasting, projecting, recruiting, training, employee relations, problem solving, oral/written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Must enjoy fast paced work environment and be able to adapt to change.
