Looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years experience in Water
Resources, Natural Resources, Public Works, Planning and/or
Engineering.<br> <br> Responsibilities:<br> * Assist in grant
program management; conduct grant searches; identify grant
opportunities; review/comment on draft grant proposals; establish
client policies and processes for pursuing grants; and
participate in funding workshops.<br> * Set up and maintain web
sites for clients.<br> * Research and prepare urban water
management plans.<br> * Research and prepare water supply
assessments.<br> * Organize and conduct studies in support of
client projects.<br> * Research and obtain required project
information and data for analysis.<br> * Utilize determined
analytical techniques and information-gathering processes.<br> *
Analyze data and make recommendations for water resources,
natural resources, and planning projects.<br> * Prepare technical
reports, correspondence and other written materials.<br> *
Organize stakeholder and public outreach materials and
programs.<br> * Utilize computer applications to assist in
analytical studies and reports.<br> * May direct the work of
support staff on a per-project basis.<br> * Other duties as it
relates to PM requirements.<br> <br> Education:<br> *
Professional Engineer PE Certification - nice to have - not
required.<br> * Bachelors degree in Business or Public
Administration desirable.

Desirable Skills:<br> * 1-2 years Natural Resource Mgmt<br> *
less than 1 year of each of the following: Agency & Program
Referrals; Agency Coordination; Biological Resource Impact

(EIS); Environmental Risk Mgmt; Feasibility Studies; Funding
Agency Relationships; Habitat Conservation/Restoration; Material
Requirement Planning (MRP); Public Works; Regulatory Compliance;
Requirements Analysis; Requirements Documentation; Resource Mgmt;
Specifications; Urban Planning/Development; Urban Water Mgmt
Plans; Water Quality Mgmt; Water Rights; Waterway/Wetlands Permit
Process.
