***** The Key Responsibilities:

* active acquisition of new clients in the recruitment industry
* conducting upselling to existing clients
* supervision of the implementation team (recruiters)
* reporting
* eventually - creation of own implementation team (recruiters)


***** Job requirements:

* experience in B2B sales min. 2 years
* result-oriented (we want to sail, not row)
* sales and negotiation skills
* taking full responsibility for your work
* willingness to develop your skills and competencies
* team-oriented attitude


***** Nice to have:

* experience in HR industry
* knowledge of IT or TSL industry
* proficiency in English language
