Skills
Qualifications: 7+ years experience in analogue
IC design, particularly high speed converters;
Significant project management experience; Proven
track record of delivery of complex IC designs to
customers; Deep understanding of the analogue
design process; Strong communication and
interpersonal skills; Proven leadership abilities.
Responsibilities: Creation and management of the
analogue IC design team; Delivery of the analogue
sub-system of mixed signal ICs to customers;
Professional development of staff; Recruitment of
technical staff; Definition of the methodology,
design flow, tools and techniques used by the
analogue IC design team; Management of customer
and partner relationships; Liaison with digital
design, DSP, marketing and sales teams.
