JOB DESCRIPTION Specialist - CitiCapital OPS - Harrison Customer
Service Monitor daily performance of a seven-person Customer
Service group. Track attendance of staff. Maintain daily MIS
volumes for department. Interface with various business level
counterparts. Handle individual questions and issues as they
arise in the Customer Service arena. Perform Call Quality
reviews on service representatives. Provide training on an as
needed basis. Resolve complex customer level issues including
payment reconciliation needs. Ensure all policies and procedures
are followed and compliance requirements are met. Assist
management in special project efforts. Update and revise process
manuals as required. Work with and monitor the GMS Tracking
system to support MIS reports to management. Interface with IT
groups relative to Infolease, IVR and CMS systems.
