A leading fixed income investment firm is looking for a senior
administrator to reconcile fixed income or equity portfolios against
client accounts, including daily and monthly reconciliation of
holdings.
To be considered for the senior position one MUST have substantial
fixed income experience and a good understanding of Settlement and
Account Reconciliation functions.
For both positions working in an �Asset Management/Investment
Management� firm are a must (banking experience does not meet this
requirement).
This is an opportunity to work at a fast-paced, highly successful
company located steps from the ocean in a beautiful beach community an
hour or so north of Los Angeles.
Requirements:
o. 5+ years experience reconciling fixed income portfolios (Required)
o. Passionate attention to detail and a bloodhound-like determination
for tracking down and reconciling account variations in an Asset/
Investment Management firm (Required)
o. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
(Required)
