Description
Main responsibilities/ outputs „h Responsible
for production, maintenance and adherence to the
Project Management Plan. „h Responsible for the
maintaining synchronisation between the Project
Plan and the Customer Plan. „h Agrees timescales
and budgets with the Customer and the Camberley
PGM. „h Responsible for enabling orders (Work
Instruction Forms) to working teams. „h Manages
the resource demands and recruitment needs for the
project. „h Allocates staff to appropriate teams.
„h Responsible for the work breakdown structure
for project tasks. „h Responsible for generating
weekly and monthly report for the Customer. „h
Manages Work in Progress, debtors and contribution
(PBI). „h Invoicing. „h Risk Management „h
Ensuring appropriate Quality standards are applied
to all project activities and that these standards
are achieved. „h Generates a Project Leaders
Monthly Report. „h Attendance and chair at the
Harrier Customer Meetings and Team Leaders
