Description
Calling all Scandinavians who drive cars!! Or
conversely, calling any one who speaks fluent
English, Swedish and Danish with understanding of
Norwegian and as a perfect match Finnish! Our
client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of
tools to the wider health industry. They now
have an opening for a multi-lingual individual to
join their customer service response team. To
be successful in this role you will among other
things have excellent command of the English and
at least two Nordic languages. The main two are
Swedish and Danish - written and spoken and a fair
understanding of Norwegian. If you speak Finnish
on top of this and drive your own car, the job is
pretty much yours! You will be expected to
answer calls and process necessary paperwork to
assist the customer support engineers for the
region. Calls will be issue resolution, so an
excellent phone manner and superb customer service
skills are necessary. Due to the location (no
public transport close by), you will be required
to own a car in order to commute to and from work.
Applicants living in the High Wycombe area or
similar will be within easy distance. This is a
