Senior International Recruiter - Fidelity Investments
Fidelity Investments, Boston, MA, USA is looking for a Senior Recruiter to
support our office in Tokyo, Japan. Reporting to Senior Level Management
the ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of significant
recruiting and staffing experience. This position will be focusing on the
recruitment for Fidelity offices in the Japanese and Pan Asian markets.
Additionally, the job will require the development of a staffing and
recruiting strategy to support our continued business growth. The initial
focus will involve recruiting in the US and Canada for eventual assignments
to Tokyo.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual/Bicultural
- Existing relationships within the appropriate candidate communities
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting and staffing experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not
required
- Ability to travel
- Capability to interact effectively with the Fidelity Investments
National Resource Center recruiters as well as Fidelity Human Resources in
Japan
- Enjoyment of a fast paced work environment
- Flexibility in dealing with shifting requirements and needs
This position will operate out of the US, ideally based in Boston, MA.
