Engineering Manager in L.I. (BSEE & ISO9001)
DLS
Directs and coordinates all activities and functions of Engineering,
excluding Industrial Engineering, insuring complete customer satisfaction,
maximum efficiency of processes, and the highest safety standards.
Overall responsibility for Applications Engineering Consulting Engineering,
Documentation, Equipment Engineering, and Product Engineering.
Plans, develops, implements, and modifies engineering goals, processes and
procedures, to support the organization's goals.
Cooperation and coordination with the Sales, Export, and Customer Service
Departments to insure that customers receive timely and thorough responses
to inquiries.
Overall responsibility for electrical and associated test equipment, making
certain equipment is properly utilized, maintained, calibrated, and repaired
in a timely manner, and sufficient equipment is of the latest and most state
of-the-art version possible.

Requirements:
BSEE degree, and a minimum of five years experience working with discrete
semiconductors, in a Management capacity; 10 years minimum experience in a
senior management capacity and ISO9001 experience is preferred.
Maintains a qualified and motivated staff;
Holds subordinate personnel accountable for productivity and efficiency;
Communicates areas of accountability and expected levels of performance;
Develops individuals for future professional growth.
Ensures proper training of personnel.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
