Currently oversees all facets of the marketing program of Agilia,
Artesia, fiber sales and performance mixes in the Denver Metro
Division including architect, engineer and contractor training
and demonstrations, realizing and supporting customer trials of
products, and transitioning sales to plant sales reps. <br>
<br>Provides concentrated effort on specialty products: internal
product knowledge, promotion, pricing, and target markets sales.
Responsible for all aspects of market development ad sales plans
for all new or improved ready mix products targeted in annual
performance plans. <br> <br>路Accountable for all aspects of
marketing and sales for all new to improved products. <br>路Acts
as sales department leader with regard to developing data and
marketing reports. <br>路Present at all new customer product
trails. <br>路Remediate inefficient internal processes affecting
special product marketing and sales. <br>路Understand technical
characteristics of products. <br>路Assure internal staff product
training and production coordination.<br><br><B>Requirements:
</b><br>路A minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
experience. <br>路Concrete product knowledge and construction
field experience <br>路Ability to lead/develop people without
