Servicing employers and job seekers in your local area or North America
wide, your main responsibilities will be to:
· Screen and interview applicants
· Determine the suitability of matches between the needs and
qualifications of your candidates and those required by the employer
for positions
· Present positions to candidates and respond to their questions
regarding the positions
· Refer interested candidates to employer and follow up with
candidates and/or employer.
