Business Justification <br> <br> The BTS Collections team
requires an immediate resource for production and project
support. A resource with an extensive Dialer and Call Center
background is needed to support such initiatives as, IR# 602 -
Dollars Collected and IR# 58 - CLP Outbound Telephony.<br>
Performance Metrics
<br> <br> This resource will be measured on the following
performance metrics: Production Support for the Host Collections
System <br> Analyzing the business requirements to develop
detailed systems requirements <br> Reviewing and approving system
design strategy and providing feedback to Technical Team <br>
Defining the test plan and test case scenarios and working with
business unit representatives <br> Managing user acceptance
testing and documentation <br> Conducting and coordinating user
acceptance testing <br> Assisting in the development and
execution of system plans. <br> Providing production support,
problem solving and resolution <br> Acting as the liaison between
business units and Team <br>

Mandatory Skills<br> <br> Previous experience with dialer related
enhancement and/or implementation projects.<br>
