Business Justification <br> <br> A dedicated BSA for the
CCS team is needed ASAP to aid in approved projects as well as
the CLP Telephony Project. This is crucial to the implementation
of the Telephony Project as well as maintaining scheduled
timelines for newly approved projects.
<br>


Performance Metrics <br> <br> This resource will be
measured against the following qualifications:<br> Ability to
define project requirements and support in developing the
appropriate documentation <br> Ability to define the test plan
and test case scenarios and working with the business unit
representatives<br> Ability to manage user acceptance testing and
documentation <br> Ability to assist in the development and
execution of system implementation plans.<br> Ability to provide
production support, problem solving and resolution <br> Ability
to act as an effective liaison between business units and
technical team <br>

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Mandatory Skills<br> <br> Previous experience with implementing
and knowledge of Telephony products such as Genesys, Voice
Recognition, IVR, Blue Pumpkin/Witness, and CentreVu Supervisor.
<br> 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst work experience <br>
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and
processes <br> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
are a must <br> Excellent customer service skills <br> Ability to
work in a team environment and interface well with associates at
all organizational levels *Ability to handle multiple assignments
and projects <br> Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and Visio<br> <br>
