JOB TITLE: Casting Manager
LOCATION: Midwest, US-KY
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $45000 - $60000

DESCRIPTION:
Client is looking for someone with some experience in aluminum billet/log
casting, furnaces, pits and related operations, yet not so set in their ways
they are not trainable. Needs to be flexible, with great ambition to succeed.
Aptitude for planning, delegating, training, stickler for doing the little
things right, goal oriented, patient, not afraid to get their hands dirty, on
the floor giving direction and encouragement. This is an upwardly mobile
position, looking toward succession planning for a mutilple site
operation.
A college degree would be desirable, but not a must have
