with principal, project manager and other team members to produce
Design Drawings and Contract Documents primarily for high-end
custom residential projects.<br> <br> Duties:<br> <br> - Produce
hand drawn design drawings and sketches<br> - Produce CAD
drawings from design sketches and schematic design sketches<br>
- Communicate and coordinate with wide range of consultants<br>
- Research code requirements and interface with governmental
agencies<br> - Select materials and products for projects<br>
- Produce presentation drawings for client and agency
presentations.<br> <br> We offer a competitive compensation

Qualifications:<br> <br> - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture<br>
- 3 – 5 years experience in design and production<br>
- Residential design/detailing experience in high-end custom
residential projects Required<br> - Technical knowledge of Type V
Construction<br> - CAD experience (Power CADD on Macintosh OS X
Preferred)<br> - Experience with other computer applications:
Filemaker, MS Office, Photoshop.<br> <br> Qualities:<br> <br>
- Conscientious, self-motivated, responsible, well organized, a
team player<br>
