JOB DESCRIPTION:
A 29 years old full discloser premier computer technology leasing company
is
looking for a few great men. Typical customer is fortune 1000 and 2000
companies with transaction sizes ranging from $250K to $10 million
structuring
million-dollar master lease lines with multiple takedowns. This is an
environment where you are expected to treat the customer honestly with NO
"Tricks" and can still aspire to earn seven figures doing it the honest
way.
The right candidate will have a proven track record producing an average
of $8
to $10 million in new generated business each year. We are looking for the
proven hunter and closure that is self managed and can fire up an HP
calculator
and truly price and structure their own deals. This person has to have the
reputation of being upfront an honest with their customers. This is a great
environment and a great group of people to work with. Many of the reps earn
over $500K some earn well above that.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Degreed preferred
Minimum five years experience in computer leasing
Must have
excellent writing and communications skills
Professional and a team player
Serious about building a business
A negotiated guarantee front end including
a "referred business component" and an aggressive commission plan with
residual
back end participation.
