JOB DESCRIPTION:
There are two Assistant Manager positions.
As an Assistant Manager II you
will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant operation, subject
to
the direction of the Restaurant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager I you will
be responsible for the success of night operations of the unit, to include
recruiting, training and developing subordinates. This candidate will share
accountability for profit and loss of the unit and assist the Restaurant
Manger
with the overall operation of the unit.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Assistant Manager II requires at least 2 years of experience in the FAST
FOOD
industry.
Assistant Manager I requires at least 3 years of management
experience in the FAST FOOD industry
