JOB DESCRIPTION:
A General Manager is responsible for establishing goals and objectives for
the
restaurant to attain while maximizing guest satisfaction. He/She has
complete
responsibility of restaurant operation, including the following:
(1) Driving
sales through excellent operations and marketing execution
(2) Controlling
profit and loss
(3) Training and developing Assistant Managers
(4) Hiring and
leading team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
(1) MUST have current Fast Food Restaurant Management Experience.
(2) At least
2 yrs Restaurant Management experience.
(3) BA degree, or qualifying
restaurant exp.
(4) Excellent tenure at previous employers
