Our highly successful Military Division is looking for
talented RECRUITERS To do the following:
(1) Responsible for recruiting
departing military service members into Lucas Group's Career Transition
Program.
(2) Develop relationships with Military Bases, Units and Transition
Offices within assigned geographical territory.
(3) Prepare candidates for
transition (resume & interview preparation, and career counseling)
(4) Select
and review opportunities for suitability
(5) Work with Account Managers to
facilitate the interview process through offer acceptance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-- BA/BS -- MILITARY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -- Sales experience preferred --
