CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR-WESTMINSTER, MD
Our Client Company near Westminster, MD
seeks an experienced Construction Estimator for its construction products
business. Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction
projects, to aid management in bidding on or determining price of the
product.
Prepares estimates used for management purposes, such as planning,
organizing,
and scheduling work. Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals, and
other
documentation, to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Reviews data to
determine material and labor requirements, and prepares itemized list.
Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships including
arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications. IF
