Mann Frankfort Stein & Lipp CPAs (MFSL) is the Houston affiliate of
Centerprise
Association of CPA Firms, a national firm that has distinguished itself as

market leader in advising public companies, middle market companies and
privately held businesses in their financial accounting needs. Our local
firm
was formed in 1971 and is located in Greenway Plaza, supported by over 200
trained and experienced staff members who are highly motivated and focused
on
serving the client’s assurance needs.
We are dedicated to providing our
staff the professional growth and development they deserve. You will
directly
interact with Partners and other highly skilled professionals working on
assurance engagements ranging from external audits, financial statement
reviews
and compilations to internal audits and financial forecasts and
projections.

factors
in determining their long-range plans.
Financial reporting professionals
will be involved in performing attestation services (audits, reviews and
compilations) on financial statements while providing value added services
to
clients relating to internal controls and operating efficiencies.
Additional
services performed include due diligence relating to merger and acquisition
transactions and other special projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
We are looking for Professionals with the following credentials: Must be
CPA or
pursuing, minimum 3.25 GPA, and 5+ years of SEC experience in public
accounting. You will enjoy promotions based on merit, not tenure, extensive
client interaction, bonuses or overtime, flex-time option, and free
parking.
