Any opinions on Zecco? Would your post get deleted from google groups
if you wrote anything bad about them?

Zecco is a bottom feeder broker. Just read their SEC Rule 606 order routing
disclosure. Of course, you first you have to find the very well hidden SEC
Rule 606 order routing disclosure on their website.

Zecco is one of three brokers I use. The problems that I've had with
them have been very minor, and I think they're slowly improving. I've
been using them over a year and I'm going to keep using them.

Then why are you asking our opinion of them?

After a day of trading, I was leaving them, because I thought I was
getting robbed. Price unimprovement on trade execution? Thanks for
the insight.

Who do you use? If you don't want to put this publicly, you can email

I was looking at "interactive brokers", but my tolerance for reading
documents crafted by lawyers is at its limit.

I use Interactive Brokers, but they are best for active traders (at least a
couple of trades a week).

Interactive Brokers is a well capitalized, direct access broker with low
commissions, but they are best suited for traders that know what they are
doing. If you need handholding or high levels of customer service, then look
elsewhere.

Interactive Brokers is highly computerized and you do things their way or
not at all.

You can read all you want about brokers and trading at www.elitetrader.com .

I'm responding to the original poster "Spacey Spade" with my opinion.
You need to go back and check who actually asked the question before
spouting off.

It was very easy to find: type "606" in the search box.

If the only way to find it is to search for it, then by definition it is
hidden.
