Interesting investment theory.....you want to buy a stock because you think
it's going to go up........
SO........you put in an order 11% below the market.......
Why do you think that the stock will drop 11% just to let you buy your 100
sh. and then it will take off on the upside.....
If it goes from here to $5 and you didn't buy any, are you going to be
boasting that you made 11% on it???

at first I couldn't believe it
a stock with a PE value
money in the bank?
paying down debt
who was really posting from Bob's webtv?

then I looked at the annual report

Food and supply sales decreased 14%, or $6.0 million, to $37.8 million in
fiscal 2009 from $43.8 million the prior year. The decrease in food and
supply sales was due primarily to the combined impact of
(i) a 20% decrease in cheese prices, (ii) a 6.6% decline in chainwide
domestic retail sales resulting from an average of 14 fewer units, and
(iii) 2.0% lower domestic comparable store sales than prior year. There was
also an additional week of food and supply sales in the prior year. A $0.4
million decrease in equipment sales was primarily the result of the
Company's decision to discontinue the sale of such items to franchisees.

OIC !!
because of the shitty economy folks are not buying as many pizzas AND these
guys are hunkering down and closing non producing stores

if comps don't grow the big money guys aren't gonna buy in and support it

Another Bob wald tout, taking the unwary down the garden path

revenue took a deep cut in fiscal year 2009

PERIOD ENDING 28-Jun-09 29-Jun-08 24-Jun-07
Total Revenue 43,846 49,518 47,136

and the revenue has been sequentially declining the last 4 quarters

PERIOD ENDING 27-Sep-09 28-Jun-09 29-Mar-09 28-Dec-08
Total Revenue 10,000 10,423 10,757 11,278

now I haven't really researched this company
(AND I'M SURE YOU DIDN'T EITHER!)

but for a company with declining revenues, their
Property Plant and Equipment has been growing by leaps & bounds

PERIOD ENDING .........Sep-09 ...Jun-09 ...Mar-09 ...Dec-08

Property Plant and Equipment 2,210 1,743 1,489 1,361

which I would conject they're trying to replace aging equipment and tarting
up the locations...or maybe just comply with heath regulations???

BUT THEY DO HAVE A WARCHEST OF MONEY IN THE BANK

Retained Earnings 19,162 18,796 18,414 18,053

which makes me wonder is this really Bob Wald? or someone who has hijacked
his webtv..uh...television?
