Yesterday's price action in the stock market indicates at least a
short term bottom is in place. Whether this rally leads to a new bull
market or is just a bear market rally will not be known until either
the old highs are taken out or the recent lows are taken out.
However, I would suggest that based on the price action of the last
week, it is safe to at least dip your toes in the water. For more

Fred is down so much it all looks up from here, he's only been
investing
a few weeks and already down 40%.
What level does it become a bear market PollyAnnnus???? 40%-50%-60%
