The Fed did not say they would cut at all.
All they said is that if the data stays this good
they MIGHT not have to raise rates.

What some columnist on businessinsider.com says
is just his opinion.
My opinion is that if (big if) the Fed cuts rates,
it will be at most 1/4% late in the year.

Old joke: the purpose of economic forecasting is to
make astrology look good.
