Key3Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:KMED) announced today that Sun Microsystems, Inc.
would have a significant presence at COMDEX Fall 2002, beginning with a keynote
address from Chairman, President and CEO Scott McNealy on Monday, Nov. 18 at
12:00 pm

Immediately following his address, Mr. McNealy will participate in a
post-keynote Q&A session with media and analysts

In his address, Mr. McNealy will discuss the state of network computing and the
IT landscape. He will talk about trends in network computing, paying particular
