I am in search for a database with back-adjusted historical data for futures
markets. Does anybody sell something like that on CD-ROM? (or in any other
format)

You can download historical back-adjusted (i.e. nearest contract
adjusted) data for free, or buy a CD-ROM for a reasonable price.
