There is a closed end fund on the NYSE that concentrates on stocks in the
Philipines - The Philipine Fund. Like most of the emerging markets funds,
it was up big last year, and has come down some this year, and now is
starting to go up again.

There's First Philippine Fund - a closed end fund that trades on the NYSE.
