Hello !

I realy suggest you stay away from sites that are not widely know as
credited sites for value selections.

Some of the things you should do.

#1 do a search on stock picks, Penny stock tips, and anything like this.

#2 If the company is a paid service you can sometimes determine if it is
worth anything by watching its main page or some report that listed stocks
it thinks will be a good buy with at least a 50% or better gain.
Then after you have had say 5 or 6 stocks determine how good of a gain they
were without investing. Now if they get like 50% correct and 50% wrong then
stay away.

#3 Some best know sites are Briefing.com, IBD.com, and a few others.

#4 I would suggest you do some checking on reading detail public company
information such as what SEC fillings are, how to read them, what to watch
out for, company news that is put out by a thrid party that is paid in the
form of cash, stock, and/or both.

#5 Some sites like OTC boards or pink slips are sites that deal with low
cost stocks. These can be the most tricky yet some can have explosive gains.
These I suggest you not touch unless you can verify this in other ways then
where it is coming from.

#6 As a start I would say you should at least keep about 15% to 25% in any
ave DIV paying stock then once you have a soild basic of a holding such as
NFI, AXM, DRE, CMO, FCCG, or any stock yeilding 7.5% or higher with a decent
track record will be a sound basic holding.

#7 as you move towards a soild holding with say like 25% DIV, maybe a few
higher growth or sound investments totaling about 35% total then always keep
about 25% in cash that would be used as a power buy. Then that leaves 40%
cash for any speclitve play. Buying penny stocks, good earnings reports and
so forth.

#8 Use that 40% just like cash. Never buy on news of stocks you never heard
of or seen before. Try to pick some sectors and read up like every day one
at least 1 stock as this will be called a Information base building. This
also helps in knowing what is going on in the sector, who the power players
are, what is the outlook and so forth. Just pick a sector and work on it for
a month or so. Then each month pick another sector if you have enough info
on that sector and read up on mpre stocks in another sector.

#9 as time goes by you will aquire information that will help in determine
if when you hear news if it will be a good things or bad in general and soon
enough you will know what to do right away as you understand eash stock you
follow as if you should buy it or sell it right off the bat.

#10 My best suggestion would be if you follow this board and someone post a
subject with nothing more then a Ticker or even a short info that for a new
person that you not follow it. Also if there are people posting links to
service sites you be very clear that if they are posting it that it means
they are most likly tring to drum up customers for a paid and/or free site
to hype stocks for other reasons then their own and this dose include about
90%, but dose not mean all of them are bad so use you gut feel and dont
touch if its looks like a scam.

Guess that be my top ten numbers for ya.

Why haven't I heard of investing in Tax Liens before?

Why didn't my Stockbroker or Banker tell me about these investments?
The answer is simple:
Stock brokers and bankers aren't allowed to make commissions on them!
They don't want you to know about them because they can't make any
money when you buy them.

Of course, the same bankers and credit unions invest your money
market and CD funds into tax liens and enjoy the amazingly high yields
while paying you 0-3%!

FIRST UNION SECURITIES has invested over 2 BILLION dollars in
"Tax-Liens".
LEHMAN BROTHERS has invested over 1.5 BILLION dollars in "Tax-Liens".
MERRILL LYNCH has invested over 680 MILLION dollars in "Tax-Liens" in
Orange County, CA., alone!

How safe is my money?

Your investment funds are not given to any individual or company;
your checks for investment are made out to the 舛ounty Treasurer for
Tax Liens', with your name and address on the back to ensure that the
county registers the lien certificates in your name.

The penalties and interest rates are set and enforced by the
government. With TLA's research and experience, you are ensured of
receiving valid liens for properties that give you value for your
investment.

Remember, when you invest in Tax Liens using TLA as your Purchasing
Agent, only two things can happen: 1. You get the Government
guaranteed Penalties and Interest, or 2. You get the Property! FREE
and CLEAR.
Anyone from any country can do this.
