Buying insurance for home with software company?

Hi,

I'm trying to buy home insurance in Quebec, Canada but I run a software
(internet) company at home (no employees). The insurance companies I called
refuse to cover my home. I only want to cover the home (fire, theft), not
the business practices (contracts, lawsuits, etc). Of course, it'll be nice
if they cover the computers in case of theft.

Any suggestions?

Do you have customers in and out of your home, or do you simply freelance and
do work from your home?

Maybe you are not presenting this accurately to the insurance co's?
