I had an insurance claim with Farmers Insurance Group in Spokane,
Washington and it was a headache dealing with them! They must be the
worst insurance company of all insurance companies to deal with.
Terrible customer services, uncompassionate, lots of push back when it
comes to claims. MANY people have had problems with Farmers as you will
see listed on the web site below. If you have Farmers Insurance, change
companies immediately!
There are alternatives!

I hear you, "No Joe, I just want them to be FAIR". Well that's a very
subjective term. All that is accomplished by having an insurance company
representing the at fault party is that you get an opportunity to negotiate
with someone that actually has money to pay you. That generally beats the
alternative of trying to collect damages from someone who lives from
paycheck to paycheck.
Insurance companies learned a long time ago that no matter how fair they are
with a damaged person, they will probably get sued anyway. What would you
do? I guarantee you would low ball every claim just like them.
This is really a strategy game just like any other type of conflict (armed
or otherwise). If you know you are not at fault, then hang tough in your
demands. If they don't come around to your way of thinking, get an attorney.
This is America, quit whining and attack! And remember, if you don't win;
that's your fault. There is no excuse in a capitalist society for not being
prepared to defend your property.

I'd not agree with this. What is fair to one person might not be fair to
another. In other words, "fair" is in the eye of the beholder. Insurance
companies are just that, companies. All have owners and most have stock
holders. As a company they need to make a profit (most people don't think
about this). They can do this in many ways. One of the easiest is not to pay
more then they owe. If a person thinks this is "unfair", then so be it.

Trust me, it's been established in alt.consumers.experiences that this
poster is just whining. I've asked him for details of the situaiton in order
to address them but he's declind to share them. He only states his opinion
and nothing to back it up. That together with, by his own admission, his
bi-weekly posts shows me that he's nothing more then a troll.
