| increased, and more harsh, punishments. We need more than simple
| fines for these businesses. It's time to consider higher degree
| misdemeanor and felony charges for businesses that abuse the system
| by hiring lower wage foreign employees over qualified Americans.
| Allowing global corporations to drive down American wages, by
| shipping in professionals from abroad, does nothing but benefit
| their bottom lines at the expense of our countrymen. The predatory
| behavior of these globalist entities needs to be managed; it is not
| a free and fair market if they get to manipulate immigration policy.
