A Spanish-language leaflet that the U.S. Department of Agriculture has
provided to the Mexican Embassy in Washington advises border-crossing
Mexicans that they can collect taxpayer-funded food stamp benefits for
their children without admitting that they're illegal immigrants.

Underlined and in boldface type, the document tells immigrants who are
unlawfully in the United States that, 'You need not divulge
information regarding your immigration status in seeking this benefit
for your children.'

Judicial Watch obtained the Spanish language leaflet through a Freedom
of Information Act request. An attached email dates the document to
March 2009, just months after President Barack Obama took office

Department of Agriculture. On their Web site we see the SNAP
eligibility requirements.

The very FIRST line on that page states:

"A person must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible, lawfully-present non-
citizen to qualify for SNAP benefits. Non-citizens who are eligible
based on their immigration status must also satisfy other SNAP
eligibility requirements such as income and resource limits to receive
SNAP benefits."

Yeah but they don't use the process. Obozo has told the USDA to just
take the applicant's word when he or she says they
are a citizen. Obozo just ignores the law whenever he feels like it.
He did the same thing last summer when he announced his
amnesty for millions of illegals. It's still a crime for the illegals
to be here but obozo said he just won't enforce the law. Same
thing when they apply for welfare.

need a president who will enforce the laws against
giving welfare to illegals.
