Hi

My partner and I have recently moved to Canada under the software
developers pilot scheme. I have my visa et al and everything is going
well.

My partner now needs to apply for her visa which she is entitled (to
apply for) to under the scheme I came in on. My question is where does
she need to apply, what does she need to allow her to apply and under
what category should she be applying.

I have searched google but can't think of the correct terms to use as I
am unsure of what it is I should be searching under, the info on the
immigration site doesnt go into any detail concerning this.

Any help apreciated.

It is not a visa under which you came to Canada - it is a temporary work
permit, valid as indicated. If your partner wants the same then she must
apply for it through visa post in home country.

Or, if she was included in your Work Permit application as your dependent
common-law partner and meets criteria of common-law partner then she may
apply inside Canada for open Work Permit.
