Dear Mr. Miller & other experts,

I am planning to go to Buffalo in person to get PR
visa stamped on mine/wife's passport. Since i am planning to go alone,
i will be getting an authorization letter from my wife with her
signatures.

My question is--do i need to get the authorization letter notarized?

Appreciate if you could answer my question.

Thanks,

Jim Humphries

Hi Mr. Humphries,

So it's possible to have PA go to port of entry and have dependents' PR
stamped on first landing without them having to be there?

No, it is not possible. Each immigrant must land on his or her own. They may
do it at the same time or separately - if separately then principal
applicant must land first.
