Can I apply for Marine/Naval Engineer?

Here are my details and I want to know whether can I apply for Marine
Engineer or Naval Engineer(NOC-2148).
Can somebody come back to me and advise please!

***EDUCATION:
B.Sc. Maritime Studies(Ship Technology) from Pakistan Marine Academy
,Karachi which is affiliated with the University of Karachi ....The
duration of my S.Sc.Degree is TWO YEARS .........> Pakistan Marine
Academy is approved by International Maritime Organisation(IMO) and
STCW 95(Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping)
Dates: 11 Jan. 92 ----- 19 Feb. 94
***Diploma of Marine Engineering: From Technical & Further Education
(TAFE) , Australia ......Its duration is 17 months
Dates: July 1999 ----- Dec. 2000.
***PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Certificate of Comptency Class 2 motor from Australian Maritime Safety
Authority(AMSA), Australia
Certificate of Competency Class 5 motor from Maritime & Port
Authority(MPA), Singapore.
Variety of Short Courses concerning my profession.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
After qualifying BSc , I got experience as Trainee Engineer Officer on
Merchant Ships for 23 months.
Dates: 31/03/94 to 24/04/94.
11/08/94 to 11/02/96.
21/04/96 to 19/08/96. TOTAL:
22months&24days
After qualifying Certificate of Competency Class5 motor, I got
experience as 5th Engineer Officer on merchant ships for 12 months.
Dates: 22/08/97 to 05/09/97
16/12/97 to 25/11/98 TOTAL: 11MONTHS&24DAYS
TOTAL EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER IS 34months&18days
After qualifying Certificate of Competency Class2 motor , I have been
selected in Tri-Pack Films Pvt. Ltd.(a Pakistan - Japan joint venture)
as an ENGINEER and working in Power Production section for two
months....I can also work in Processing section as per my Appointment
Letter.
ON MERCHANT SHIPS I HAVE DONE DUTIES AS ENGINEER OFFICER OF THE WATCH
AND OPERATE/MAINTAIN ALL THE EQUIPMENT ON BOARD THE SHIP.
WE ALSO ATTEND THE BREAK DOWNS, MAJOR REPAIRS, DRY DOCKING, SURVEYS,
MANAGEMENT DUTIES ETC.

I have no relatives in Canada.
I can write, read and speak ENGLISH fluently.
