I ams trying to apply for Permanent Precedent in Canada.
I am a Sri Lankan citizen and did B.Sc Degree offered by University of
Curtin – Australia. But I followed this degree course from Sri Lankan
Institute call “Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology”.
Therefore I didn’t went Australia for the degree, but the degree
certificate is from Curtin University where it doesn’t have any
indication about the offshore institute (Sri Lanka Institute of
Information Technology)
Now I am having unclear area when I filling the Section 10 (education)
of the above “IMM 0008 Schedule 1: Background/Declaration” form
It needs to fill followings:
“From” – “To” - “Name of institution” – “City and country” – “Type of
certificate or diploma issued”
Please clarify me what should I fill for above areas.
Ex :
If I puts Curtin University – Australia : there is another place where
it need to confirm my personal history “Section 11”. There I should
put my addresses lived, so I have to mention Sri Lanka where it
confuse with above Australia University.
If I fill “Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology – Sri
Lanka” : Certificate doesn’t have anything regarding that institute
and it confuse how I took “Curtin University Degree”.
Please clarify me what I should fill above?
