We are traveling to Australia in December to validate our PR Visas, and
taking a two week holiday. We are then coming back to the US to get
everything in order, and plan on making our permanent move next June.
My question is, do I need to apply for a Resident Return Visa to go
back in June?
Thanks for the help.
No, you don't need an RRV. Your current migrant visa will allow you to
reenter Australia, as long as you return before the expiration of its
travel facility - look at your visa label.
