Can PR visa pick up at other Australian Embassy ?

Dear all,

I's like to know if I apply for PR at an Australian embassy but during
the processing time I am out of the country and the embassy'd like to
grant me a PR.

Can I contact the nearest Australian embassy in the country I
currently stay to have my passport stamped ? or I need to send my
passport to the original processing center ?

You need to send a fax to the original processing center and tell them in
which office you would like to pick up that visa. Then, you bring your
passport with you and show up in that office.
