in BMI, now down to 25.1, and my WHR
(waist-to-height ratio) now is 0.464

(waist 30 3/4 inches by
height 66 1/4 inches).

I am just 1 pound away from joining
the so-called normal/healthy weight
range club maximum of BMI 24.9 !

Follow-up: Interestingly enough, I had previ-
ously mentioned that watching shows on my 55
inch montor was a tremendous benefit in helping
me to do the -3- 30 minute segments of a total
of 90 minutes of indoor cycling per day.

Yesterday, I happened to notice another help-
ful asset that I hadn't been using 'til noticing
it yesterday. Normally, relaxing in my recliner
while viewing & posting using a 55-inch monitor
to my left, while simultaneously watching shows
on my 55-inch monitor directly in front of me, ...

... I neglected to notice I could be doing the
same exact thing while doing my indoor cycling
routine. Starting yesterday, I'm both using my
55-inch monitor to my left to view the internet
while watching shows on my 55-inch monitor in
front of me.

Sweet.

However, I won't be posting while cycling, as
that's a bit beyond my multitasking capability
unless I decide to experiment with voice input
at some point in the future.
