Don't know why, but for some reason
sometimes I have an unusually large
one day weight loss. Overnight, a
loss of 1.4 pounds, despite only los-
ing .2 pounds the 3 previous days.

BMI 23.9, weight < 150 for the first
time since 2005, at 149.2 pounds,
BMI < 24 at 23.9, waist 28.5 inches,
height 66.25 inches, Waist/Height
ratio 0.430 . Wild !

Yesterday's diet / insulin:

Mar 11 905 calories
20 fat, 137 carb, 70 protein
7.8 Fiasp Basal, 7.75 Fiasp Bolus, 15.55 Total Units

I'm in decision territory much quicker
than I thought I'd be. Per BMI charts,
if I wanted to go way low on the normal
weight range, I could lose 33.8 more
pounds to get to a BMI of 18.5 at a
weight of 115.4 pounds.

However, the following weight/height
ratio chart shows I'm already at the
lowest end of the "Slender & Healthy"
area and if I lose any more weight,
I enter the "extremely slim" area
which is followed by the "abnormally
slim area".

So, if anyone has an opinion, please
share as I'm succeeding so well at
weight loss and the BMI range indi-
cates I'm safe in losing 33.8 more
pounds but the weight/height ratio
chart says I've lost enough already.

I'd say subjectively, I feel great
about my weight now, but have too
much abdomen to feel thin, and don't
know how many more pounds it would
take to feel thin around the abdo-
men.

Sidenote:

My weight loss is not from too low
insulin + high glucose, but instead
is from acceptable glucose levels +
exercise + reduced calorie diet +
exogenous insulin now averaging ...

... close to 15 units/day (4.5 units/
kg). My weight is at 67.675982 kilo-
grams.

Per the following https://www.google.com
search
https://tinyurl.com/Islit-normalinsulindoseperday
"Patients with type 1 diabetes [Islit]
typically require an insulin dosage of
0.5 to 1.0 unit per kg per day."
