This morning, weight = 150.6 pounds,
BMI = 24.1, waist = 29.0 inches,
waist/height ratio = 29/66.25 which
= 0.438 . Only .2 pound weight loss
over 3 days. I may find it difficult
to lose weight now - we'll see.
If I do find it difficult, I'll in-
crease my indoor cycling from 90 min-
utes to 120 minutes each day.
